One thing that surprises buyers

Elevators are not only in the elevator townhomes. Some of the single-family homes here have elevator upgrades too. If stairs matter to you, ask about it on any home you look at.

The clubhouse and community life

The clubhouse here is HUGE! It is about 20,000 square feet, and it is for Birchwood residents and their guests. It is also very new, so all of the shared amenities are really wonderful: a fitness center, a pool, a demonstration kitchen, and pickleball too. Something is always going on, and you can join in as much or as little as you like.
